1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 cup crushed walnuts for topping
Mix the first 7 ingredients well and pour batter onto a hot, oiled waffle iron.
Remove waffle when steam stops coming from waffle iron.
Serve with maple syrup and crushed walnuts sprinkled on top.
