Preheat oven to 550˚
1 pound pizza dough or 1 loaf of Bridgford frozen bread dough that has thawed and left to rise at room temperature.

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil spread on pizza pan
1/2 cup imitation crab meat
1/2 pound small shrimp
4 oz Bay scallops
1/2 onion sliced thin
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ tsp pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz Fontina cheese, grated

8 ounces smoked salmon. After cooking, top with salmon (optional).
Add these ingredients in this order. 
Bake on bottom rack 13 minutes
