1 cup water
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons cornmeal
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon honey

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast

Knead ingredients for five minutes, let rise until doubled in size, about one hour.
Spread on cookie sheet or pizza pan
Bake at 550° 12-13 minutes
