The building burned down in July of 2003.

My name is Edie Kehoe I write as a life-long resident of the Florida Keys and daughter of the late Lester S. Cunningham, owner of Big Pine Key Glass Works.  My Dad began construction on the Big Pine Key Glass Works factory in 1965. Big Pine Key Glass Works was in operation until 1973. It closed due only to my father’s tragic and untimely death.
