3 cups water
2 cup carob powder
1/3 cup (6 tablespoons) honey or agave
3 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
Heat water, carob and honey in medium saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and siummer 2-3 minutes. Be careful syrup does not boil over. Remove from heat.
Let cool and stir in vanilla. Store in refrigerator.
