1 cup water
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 ½ tablespoons honey
1 ½ teaspoons salt
2 ¼ cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Size -1.5 pounds
Crust -Light
Start

When timer reads 50 minutes left of the original 3:15, remove dough before it starts to bake.
Divide into 6 lumps, roll each lump into a ball.
Flatten into burger bun shapes. Cover with towel, let rise 1 hour.
Bake at 425° for 8 minutes.
