Broccoli with White Wine Cheese Broth

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup white wine

In a saucepan whisk flour into oil, add milk and stir to combine. Heat over medium heat until mixture thickens, about 3 minutes. Add shredded cheeses and stir constantly until cheeses have melted, about 3 minutes more.

Stir in wine, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and pour over cooked broccoli florets.
