Blueberry Walnut Pancakes

1 egg
1 cup flour, white or whole wheat
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen, thawed
1 cup walnuts, crushed

Cook on greased griddle at medium heat (350º) until bubbles form and then flip until golden brown.
