1/2 cup sour cream or plain yoghurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cub Blue cheese or Gorgonzola
1-2 tablespoons buttermilk
1 table parsley, chives, cilantro, or thyme -chopped fine1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
