1 tablespoon oil for frying
1 medium onion, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, minced

3 15-ounce cans white beans, rinsed and drained
1 15-ounce cans diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 10-ounce box frozen spinach, thawed

Sauté onions and garlic in oil until tender, add all other ingredients except the spinach and cook for five minutes over medium heat.

Add spinach, stir until heated and serve.
